Zero tolerance
Illegal content and child safety
Illegal content is not welcome here. This policy explains how reports are handled, what the operator can and cannot inspect, and how evidence is preserved.
What is prohibited
- CSAM or any sexualisation of a minor;
- credible threats of violence, incitement, or terrorist content;
- non-consensual intimate imagery and sexual extortion;
- trafficking, fraud, phishing, malware, or stolen personal data;
- content that violates a court order or applicable law;
- copyright infringement, handled under the copyright policy.
How to report
Use the report form and choose the closest category. Mark the report as illegal if the form offers it. Include the account, visible post or room, and time. Do not send illegal material to the operator; preserve it only if you are legally permitted to do so and a moderator asks.
Review and action
A moderator reviews reports promptly. Possible actions include removing content, locking a room read-only, suspending or banning the account, preserving metadata, and reporting to authorities. Where an account is suspended, the person may not create another account to evade the decision. A good-faith report does not create liability for the reporter.
Encrypted chat limits
Direct messages are end-to-end encrypted. The operator cannot decrypt message contents or attachments. Reports about encrypted content rely on what the reporter provides and on metadata. The operator will not claim to have reviewed plaintext it cannot read. This limitation is disclosed before you use chat and is part of the terms.
Preservation and legal process
When a report involves a serious offence, the operator may preserve account, room, and audit metadata and restrict access while a legal request is reviewed. Preservation is not a finding of guilt. Data is disclosed only as required by valid legal process or to prevent imminent harm. See the law enforcement policy.
Appeals and mistakes
If content was removed in error, contact abuse@shopdigital.art with the report reference. Restoration is possible when the review shows no violation. Repeated bad-faith reports may themselves be treated as abuse.
