Everyone should be able to use the basics
Accessibility
This is a small service, but the core pages aim to be readable, keyboard-operable, and usable with a screen reader.
What we do
- Semantic headings, landmarks, labels, and a skip link.
- Keyboard-operable forms, buttons, and links with visible focus styles.
- Colour contrast checked in light and dark modes; status is never conveyed by colour alone.
- System fonts, no web fonts, no animation that cannot be avoided, and no autoplay media.
- Plain-language error messages that identify the field and preserve what you typed.
- Passkey prompts come from the browser or platform, not a custom widget.
Known limits
The chat client is Cinny, a separate open-source application. Its accessibility is maintained upstream and may not meet every requirement. The encrypted chat flow requires JavaScript and WebAssembly. If a browser or assistive technology cannot run Cinny, the social feed and account features can still be used.
Request an accommodation
Use the suggest a change inbox or email abuse@shopdigital.art. Describe the page, the assistive technology, and the barrier. We will try to provide a workable alternative, but we cannot promise a timeline.
